一、 適用範圍
本公司「隱私保護政策」適用於您在本公司旗下遊戲、APP與其所附屬之網站活動時，所涉及的個人資料蒐集、處理、利用、國際傳遞以及保護措施，但不適用於經本公司網站而連結至第三人經營的網站或網頁等。

本公司於網站及APP內蒐集的個人資料包括：
1. C001 辨識個人者：如姓名、地址、電話、相片、電子郵件等。
2. C002 辨識財務者：如銀行帳戶之號碼等。
3. C003 政府資料中之辨識者：如身分證統一編號、護照號碼(外國人)等。
4. C011 個人描述：如年齡、性別、出生年月日等資訊。
5. C021 家庭情形：如婚姻狀況、有無子女等資訊。
6. C024 其他社會關係:如朋友、同事關係等資訊。
7. C035 休閒活動及興趣:如嗜好、運動等資訊。
8. C036 生活格調：如使用消費品之種類及服務之細節等資訊。
9. C132 未分類之資料:如檔案、報告等資訊。
10. 為了提供更佳的服務體驗，本公司將使用Cookies進行網站管理並就您的活動進行紀錄。所謂Cookies，係本公司存放於您電腦中瀏覽器目錄內的小型文字檔案，僅本公司設置Cookies的網站能讀取其內容，並記錄您的活動紀錄、網站使用動態等。您可以透過您的瀏覽器設定以獲知何時Cookies被設置或拒絕Cookies的設置，但可能會導致網站某些功能無法正常執行。

四、 利用之期間、地區、對象及方式
1. 利用期間
本公司將於營運期間保存您的個人資料。除法令另有規定者外，個人資料之利用期間將於您使用本公司網站、APP與其所附屬網站服務完畢或至您提出停止使用之請求為止。參加活動者之個人資料使用自活動參與者授權參與活動起始日至活動結束後三(3)個月。依據稅法規定，活動得獎者之個人資料最長保存七(7)年，屆時銷毀，不作他用。
2. 利用地區
您理解並同意，您的個人資料除於您所居住的地區內（可能根據您的契約相對方不同而儲存在不同地區）利用外，還可能因本公司為履行契約之必要目的範圍內委託協力廠商蒐集和處理個人資料而被傳輸至全球。
3. 利用對象
除法律另有規定者外，將僅供您同意之服務目的、本公司內部相關連之範圍及本公司為履行契約之必要目的範圍內委託協力廠商時使用，不會任意將您提供的個人資料轉供其他第三人或移作其他目的使用。
4. 利用方式
在您註冊及/或進行本公司旗下遊戲後，本公司將會蒐集您於遊戲進行中之各項行為，包括但不限於您註冊帳號時提供的個人資料（如電子郵件、性別、電話）、帳號名稱、遊戲操作行為、每次登入遊戲或消費時的裝置資料（包括裝置唯一識別碼和廣告識別碼、系統語言、型號、系統版本號、是否root或越獄、解析度）、消費行為（包括消費時間與品項、支付數據如訂單編號、支付時網路IP位址）、Google/Apple/Facebook授權資訊、登入狀態，及其他為提供您用戶服務及/或遊戲遊玩服務所必須蒐集的各種相關資料，利用於提供用戶服務及/或遊玩遊戲之目的，包括提供您遊戲相關訊息、相關產品或服務的行銷資訊等。此外，為提供您更好的服務，本公司可能針對全體使用者的人數、偏好和行為進行內部研究；此研究是根據全體使用者行為總和進行分析，並不會對個別使用者進行分析。
若您瀏覽本公司網頁或某些合作夥伴（以下稱「協力廠商」）的網頁以及參加某些宣傳活動或贈獎遊戲時，本公司會蒐集您所輸入的個人資料，包含但不限於您註冊用戶服務所提供之資料。這些資料可能會使用在寄送活動贈品或是通知中獎使用。若您於使用本公司相關用戶服務時，本公司將詢問包括您的姓名、地址、出生日期、身分證號、聯絡電話等資料，以方便本公司辨別您的身分，為您提供更為精準及有效的服務內容。您應瞭解並注意，協力廠商可能於此類活動中與本公司共同或獨立蒐集您的個人資料，於此種情形，您與協力廠商間的法律關係，將不屬於本政策的規範範圍，您應自行確認協力廠商的隱私保護政策內容，本公司無法保證協力廠商關於隱私保護的完整性及合法性，亦不對該協力廠商之行為負法律上責任。

五、 用戶個人資料行使之權利及方式
1. 用戶交付本公司個人資料者，依個人資料保護法得行使以下權利：
a) 查詢或請求閱覽。
b) 請求製給複製本。
c) 請求補充或更正。
d) 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用。
e) 請求刪除。
2. 您可通過向下述方式提出通知以向本公司請求查詢、閱覽、製給複製本、補充、更正、停止蒐集處理、利用或刪除的要求。

3) 提供帳號歸屬證明：
a) 有儲值記錄者，請提供①近一年任意三筆儲值訂單截圖;②帳號昵稱、等級、電子信箱、帳號註冊時間、常用登錄地等基本資訊。
b) 無儲值記錄者，請提供①帳號昵稱、等級、電子信箱、帳號註冊時間、常用登錄地等基本資訊。
4) 若委託他人代為申請者，除應備前開檔外並應出具委任書，且提供本人及代理人之身分證明檔。
3. 您可以向本公司提出刪除您的個人資料、資訊與相關服務紀錄的請求，但本公司可能需依據您的所在地之相關法規，履行法定義務而需進行保存。
4. 若您要求刪除您個人的資料、資訊與相關服務紀錄，且經本公司確認行使刪除後，本公司將不能繼續提供或恢復被刪除的個人資料、資訊與相關服務紀錄。
六、 若您無法提供完整的個人資料時，不提供將對您權益之影響
所有關於您的個人資料之欄位請務必確實填寫，若您無法提供完整且確實的個人資料，將影響本公司和您的聯繫、完成交易、提供服務、身份驗證或處理消費、交易或客訴問題，建議您應提供完整的個人資料及隨時更新。
若因您未提供完整且確實個人資料，造成對您及第三人發生損害時，您應負擔一切責任；如未來因不實資料發生爭議(例如偽冒身分)時，本公司將視狀況而進行法律追訴。如因此造成本公司損害者，本公司有權向您請求損害賠償。
七、 資料安全

您應知悉，您自願在線上透露的各種個人資料，如在討論區、聊天室等處公佈您的個人資料如電子郵件以及生日等，該資料均可能會被他人蒐集和使用。如果您於線上公佈可被他人讀取的個人資料時，您可能會收到其它團體主動提供的郵件、資訊，該郵件、資訊之傳遞與本公司無涉，您應自行承擔相關風險、責任。您的密碼或任何用戶帳戶資料之保密性必須由您單獨負責，請小心並保管您的用戶資料。
九、 隱私權保護政策修訂
本公司保有依實際況狀修訂本政策之權利，當本政策有任何重大變更時將於本公司網站或APP上公佈，或以本公司認為適當的方法對您通知，煩請定期查閱，如您不能接受變更後內容的全部或一部，請您立即停止使用本服務，並通知本公司終止雙方間之遊戲合約。
